We're looking for Digital Marketing Analyst who'll support Marketing teams in assessing the performance of their actions. This includes tracking general marketing and advertising costs, researching consumer behaviour and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with PPC campaigns, SEO optimization and be comfortable with processing and analysing marketing data.

  • 3+ years of experience as Digital/Marketing Analyst preferably in e-commerce
  • 3+ years of experience working with Google Analytics. Experience in implementing Google Analytics/ GA4 at a company would be a big plus
  • Knowledge of Google, Facebook and Pinterest marketing platforms
  • Hands on experience working with SQL in Big Query and building dashboards in Data Studio
  • Experience in R/Python would be a great plus
  • Experience in web analytics, events tracking, analysis of onsite user behaviour
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude and Mixpanel would be a plus


  • Perform in-depth analyses of user attribution, acquisition, content performance
  • Choose accurate metrics for tracking and improving marketing efforts across all digital channels. Prepare dashboards summarising your insights, share them effectively with stakeholders
  • Analyse marketing campaign impact on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Forecast trends and investigate seasonality in the data
  • Challenge and contribute to marketing decisions based on your insights coming from data analysis
  • Identify abnormalities in the marketing data (PPC campaigns, Google Analytics, user attribution) that may lead to inconsistencies in stakeholder reporting. Coordinate implementation of needed changes to ensure good quality of the data
  • Provide ongoing feedback and insights on our attribution models whats working + whats not
  • Analyse multi-channel acquisition paths and derive actionable insights to optimise media mix and conversion funnels
  • Improve ROAS and ROI of marketing initiatives by building robust performance measurement and quantifying indirect influence of media channels
  • Propose effective ABM tactics and strategies for growth
